Terms of Service

By accessing or using PhysicAll, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your province of residence where that is higher, such as 19 in New Brunswick), you may create and use an account directly. Users under the age of majority — including minors aged 13 to 17 — may use PhysicAll only with verifiable guardian involvement: a parent or legal guardian must be linked to the account and approve the minor’s participation.

Trainers on PhysicAll are independent contractors, not employees of PhysicAll. PhysicAll provides the platform infrastructure; the trainer-client relationship, programming decisions, and fitness advice are solely the trainer's responsibility.

Trainers must complete identity verification and agree to our trainer conduct standards before being listed publicly.

All payments are processed via Stripe. PhysicAll retains a platform fee on each transaction, as disclosed at the time of purchase. Cancellations follow the trainer's stated cancellation policy: cancelling outside the policy window gives you a full account credit, cancelling inside the window follows the trainer's late-cancel refund percentage, and no-shows are not refunded. If your trainer cancels, you receive a full credit automatically. Refund requests and disputes can be submitted through the in-app refund request flow on your invoices, and are reviewed by PhysicAll's support team.

PhysicAll is a software platform and does not provide medical advice. Content shared by trainers is for informational and fitness purposes only. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.

You retain ownership of content you upload (progress photos, messages, workout logs). By uploading content, you grant PhysicAll a limited licence to store and display that content to authorised parties (e.g., your connected trainer) as part of the service.

You may not:

• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Use PhysicAll for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's data without authorisation
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform

PhysicAll may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may deactivate your account at any time from your profile settings — deactivation blocks sign-in and hides your profile, and your training and financial history is retained as required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, PhysicAll is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to PhysicAll in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
